Luxury Frontiers is looking for a detail-driven procurement professional to join our dynamic team as a Source & Supply Agent. In this role, you'll support the seamless sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of goods for world-class hospitality projects, managing supplier relationships, overseeing purchasing processes, and coordinating logistics to deliver optimum value, cost savings, and quality.

Key Responsibilities Include: 

• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.

• Compile quotations, purchase orders, and payment requests while ensuring approval processes are followed.

• Track shipments, coordinate deliveries, and oversee inventory and logistics from origin to site.

• Maintain accurate financial tracking, reconciliation, and procurement reporting.

• Build strong client and vendor relationships, communicating proactively around timelines, risks, and solutions.

• Support design and project teams with cost estimates, supplier directories, and quality control.

Requirements for this role include:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing/procurement, ideally within hospitality. 

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

• Advanced Excel or procurement software experience.

• Purchasing and procurement ideally within the hospitality industry.

• Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
