Luxury Frontiers is looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative, experiential projects across the globe. The role involves developing, designing, and drafting architectural plans using computer-aided design software, with an emphasis on technical excellence and design integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of construction documentation and architectural theory, with strong skills in technical resolution and conceptual design. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating spaces that connect people with nature.

Requirements for this role include:

• National Diploma or B.Tech in Architectural Technology and/or BAS (Hons)

• 5 – 10 years post-qualification experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk Revit (BIM experience preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong technical resolution and conceptual design skills

• Creative problem-solving ability

• A passion for experiential and sustainable design

• On-site experience essential

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• South African citizen or a valid South African work permit

• Valid passport
