Luxury Frontiers is seeking a Senior Architect with extensive experience delivering complex hospitality projects. Working closely with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams, this role is responsible for translating creative vision into thoughtful, technically resolved architecture, guiding projects from concept through to construction and completion.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in architectural design, technical documentation, construction methodologies, and consultant coordination. A high level of technical rigour, attention to detail, and clear communication is essential, alongside the ability to lead project teams, navigate complex design challenges, and design meaningful hospitality experiences.

Requirements for this role include:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4

• Master's in Architecture (MArch) or Master's in Architectural Technology (MTech)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience

• Proven experience leading architectural projects from concept through construction

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and the Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience within the hospitality industry and on-site project delivery

• Strong knowledge of technical documentation, construction detailing, and consultant coordination

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

• South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa

• A valid passport
