Luxury Frontiers is looking for a Project Architect to contribute to the design and delivery of innovative hospitality projects across diverse global contexts. The role involves developing projects from conceptual design through construction documentation and site implementation, with a strong focus on technical excellence, design integrity and collaborative project leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of architectural theory, documentation and construction, with experience leading projects and coordinating across disciplines. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about designing spaces that connect people, place and experience.

Requirements for this role include:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4

• Master’s in Architecture (MArch) or Master’s in Architectural Technology (MTech)

• Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience

• Proven project lead experience

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows and Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience across architectural work stages 3–6 essential

• On-site experience essential

• Hospitality project experience advantageous

• Strong technical resolution and conceptual design skills

• Creative problem-solving ability

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• South African citizen or valid South African work permit

• Valid passport
