Luxury Frontiers is seeking a Project Architect to lead and manage high-level hospitality projects from concept through to close-out. This role requires a confident communicator, an experienced project lead, and someone who thrives in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate understands the rigour of project execution while staying true to design intent and environmental responsiveness.

Requirements for this role include:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4

• Master’s degree in Architecture (MArch) or Architectural Technology (MTech)

• Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience

• Experience as a project lead

• Experience as a principal agent or lead consultant

• Proven ability to manage projects from inception to close-out

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Hospitality and on-site experience essential

• International experience beneficial

• South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa

• Valid passport
