HR ADMINISTRATOR
Full-time position based at the Luxury Frontiers Johannesburg design studio.
Position Description:
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing operational support to the Human Resource functions in accordance with company policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with employment and Human Resources legislation. Additionally, they will provide administrative support on all HR-related issues.
Requirements:
Diploma or BCom degree in Human Resource Management (NQF7).
3-4 years of work experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of company policies and procedures, business ethics, and values.
Understanding of employment legislation (e.g., Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act), as well as taxation laws and implementations.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Must be a South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa.
