BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CONTRACTING SPECIALIST
Luxury Frontiers is looking for a highly organised and strategically minded Business Development & Contracting Specialist to help secure new work and ensure contractual and commercial accuracy across our projects. This role blends strategic business development with detailed administrative execution, including proposal drafting, fee structuring, contract review, and the ongoing management of project data and documentation. It is central to maintaining accurate systems, aligning resources, and supporting the leadership team in winning and delivering world-class projects.
Requirements for this role include:
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4
BA/BCom in Business Management, Business Administration, LLB, or Contract Management
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial and financial administration, proposal development, and contracting
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating architectural service contracts
Familiarity with design fee structures, scope definitions, and project timelines
Proficient in reporting and analytics
Skilled in managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of architecture and interior design (advantageous)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to liaise effectively between creative and technical teams
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving ability
Hospitality experience (advantageous)
South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa
