Luxury Frontiers is seeking a highly skilled Associate of Architecture & Design Services to join our team, with the role based in India. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced architect with a strong portfolio of completed, built projects and a proven ability to deliver large-scale work. We're seeking a candidate who combines technical expertise with design vision and business acumen, someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, project execution, and client engagement. 

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a COA-recognised institution (required) 

• Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) ( required) 

• Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) 

• Minimum 10 years of architecture experience, including at least 3-4 years in a managerial role

• A strong portfolio of completed, built projects (not just conceptual), demonstrating innovation, technical skill, and design leadership

• On-site experience essential 

• Knowledge of Indian building codes (NBC, local bylaws, fire safety, environmental laws)

• Experience in hospitality design and project management is advantageous 

• Located in and around New Delhi, India
