She leads procurement across the studio’s hospitality projects, overseeing sourcing, supplier relationships, commercial negotiations and delivery coordination to support project budgets, timelines and quality standards.

Combining practical problem-solving with a collaborative approach, Lana works across design, project management and logistics to navigate challenges and improve project delivery. Her understanding of hospitality operations informs her approach to procurement, helping connect decisions made behind the scenes with the successful delivery of each project and the experience of its guests.

Lana holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management and is passionate about building strong relationships, developing teams and finding efficient ways of working.
