A multifaceted hospitality professional, Aalia implemented various sustainable and guest satisfaction strategies as Front Office Manager and joined task forces to bring those ideas to other Westin and Marriott properties. As a consultant with PKF hotelexperts, she gained technical expertise through feasibility studies, market analysis, valuations, strategic consulting, and financial modeling. At PKF, she worked on many nature-focused alternative accommodation products from cabins to agritourism and co-authored a paper titled “The Business Evolution of Glamping.” Aalia now continues to observe and follow market trends at Luxury Frontiers.
Aalia is versed in both operating and consulting on luxury hospitality products, having consulted on the development, valuation, positioning, and sales of hotels, resorts, private clubs, timeshares, and experiential lodging across the globe, including French Polynesia, the Bahamas, China, Oman, Mexico, the US, and Puerto Rico.
