Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, preferably specialized in hospitality, tourism, environmental management, sustainability, or a similar field

• 4 to 8 years of experience in business/financial analysis, consulting, real estate, asset management, and/or strategy; preferably possessing hospitality and/or tourism operations experience

• A well-rounded skill set including analytical/critical thinking, financial modeling, project management, client management, immaculate writing, and creativity

• South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa

• Up-to-date passport as international travel is core to this role
