Requirements for this role include;

• Qualifications: M.Arch/MTech Degree
  (BTech/BSc will also be consider based on skills and experience)

• Between 5-10 years of relevant work experience

• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, BIM publishing software, Microsoft 365 and the Adobe Creative Suite

• Have strong design and technical skills

• Demonstrate the ability to ideate combined with a trained eye for detailing

• Display excellent presentation skills

• Proven experience level across several projects from inception to handover

• Good interpersonal and client interface skills

• Experience in fulfilling project and team leadership positions

• South African citizen or eligible to work in South Africa

• Up-to-date passport as international travel is core to this role
