Strategic Hospitality Advisory & Master Planning
Luxury Frontiers is supporting the development of the Bvlgari Resort & Mansions at Cave Cay, Bahamas through strategic advisory, master planning, and fundraising. Opening in 2029, the 220-acre private island will feature 64 luxury suites and villas, 48 branded mansions, a marina, and world-class wellness, dining, and retail experiences.

Luxury Frontiers worked with Punta Islita, Costa Rica, to develop a strategic repositioning plan that combines brand refresh, soft programming, marketing, and architectural recommendations. Our ongoing collaboration with Enjoy Group includes the first phase of property enhancements.

Luxury Frontiers’ Strategic Hospitality Advisory team developed a high-level plan for El Viejo, unlocking the potential of its Montezuma site and future beachfront expansion. The roadmap included market positioning, business strategy, phased investment planning, and financial modeling, while also identifying key operational and investment partners to support long-term success.
